Eocycle is a company that specializes in renewable energy.

Our novel EO-25/12 25kW direct-drive wind turbine, featuring Eocycle's innovative PMG and power electronics, meets the needs of power utility customers who wish to avoid exposure to constantly increasing electricity rates.

The amount of electric energy produced by the EO-25/12 can address the needs of farmers, ranchers, vineyards, stores, small manufacturers or processors, schools, colleges and universities, hotels, rest areas, parks, pumping and water treatment stations, sports centers, and golf courses, just to mention a few.

The EO-25/12 wind turbine includes and often exceeds all characteristics required by the IEC and AWEA small wind turbine standards both in terms of performance and safety:

  • Designed and built with redundant control mechanisms to ensure  safe operation throughout its lifetime, including a fail-safe braking system in case of emergency;
  • Delivers more electric energy than most competing products available today on the market;
  • Operates quietly due to its low rotor speed (90 RPM @ 25 KW nominal);
  • Is reliable and requires very little maintenance especially in comparison with its competitors that use gearboxes, slip rings, off-the-shelf generators, multiple inverters and the like;
  • Requires no costly blade or gearbox replacement throughout its lifetime.
