The Job

Eocycle sells directly and through dealers with a particular focus on the agricultural industry.  It is your role to:

  • Generate leads / sales and develop alliances with eager dealers/agents.
  • Manage sales representatives and partners, foster their enthusiasm to promote Eocycle products.
  • Identify key markets / customers to focus on.
  • Set sales targets and contribute to the long-term business strategy of Eocycle by defining the product features specific markets or client requirements.

Your Qualifications

  • Business education, dynamic and target driven.
  • Prior experience in a sales function in the agricultural sector.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Sound insight to translate market needs into an attractive offering for the end-user.

Your Competencies

  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on and willing to tackle the challenges at hand.
  • Capable of independently solving problems taking own initiatives within a team environment.
  • Positive representative and promoter of the brand.
  • Ability to mentor and build confidence.
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States.
