Nous avons pris la d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique de nous concentrer exclusivement sur le march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e avec des \u00e9oliennes d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 20 \u00e0 30 kW.<\/p>\n<p>Un programme de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement (R&amp;D) et de certification d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de quatre ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 afin de mettre au point l\u2019\u00e9olienne EOX S-16, une conception de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Tirant profit de la technologie \u00e9prouv\u00e9e de notre mod\u00e8le de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, notre EOX S-16 brevet\u00e9e se distingue de ses concurrentes par son rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sup\u00e9rieur, sa grande fiabilit\u00e9 et son co\u00fbt \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique le plus bas de l\u2019industrie.<\/p>\n<h4>2018<\/h4>\n<p>Nous avons acquis les actifs de United Wind (\u00c9tats-Unis) et d\u2019Orenda Energy (Canada), puis de XANT BV (Belgique). Notre objectif \u00e9tait de r\u00e9duire davantage le co\u00fbt de la production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 avec nos syst\u00e8mes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle, \u00e0 une gamme de produits diversifi\u00e9e et \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sence consolid\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, en Europe et au Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n<h4>2020<\/h4>\n<p>Nous avons ajout\u00e9 le stockage \u00e0 nos solutions d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne, offrant ainsi aux clients une autonomie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et un contr\u00f4le encore plus grand sur leurs factures d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>2021<\/h4>\n<p>Eocycle a lanc\u00e9 sa solution WS<sup>2<\/sup> (Wind + Solar + Storage) (\u00c9olienne + Solaire + Stockage) comme le moyen le plus logique et le plus \u00e9conomique d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrifier les clients des secteurs de l&rsquo;agriculture, du commercial et de l&rsquo;industriel de mani\u00e8re durable, tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, notre croissance et notre succ\u00e8s se poursuivent sous la responsabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe passionn\u00e9e de gestionnaires exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs de haut niveau sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le domaine des ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es durables.<\/p>\n<h4>2023<\/h4>\n<p>Nous avons atteint des volumes de ventes records en Europe et aux \u00c9tats-Unis, port\u00e9s par l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en Europe et par les fortes incitations issues de l\u2019Inflation Reduction Act aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Cette \u00e9tape a confirm\u00e9 notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 offrir des solutions \u00e9oliennes distribu\u00e9es performantes et rentables, r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la demande mondiale croissante. <\/p>\n<h4>2024<\/h4>\n<p>Un financement de 25 M$ CAD a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu avec succ\u00e8s, men\u00e9 par Exportation et d\u00e9veloppement Canada (EDC) et cofinanc\u00e9 par le Fonds de solidarit\u00e9 FTQ et Investissement Qu\u00e9bec. Cet investissement a renforc\u00e9 notre croissance sur des march\u00e9s cl\u00e9s du Midwest et des Grandes Plaines aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ainsi qu\u2019en Europe, tout en augmentant la capacit\u00e9 de production dans nos installations nord-am\u00e9ricaines et europ\u00e9ennes, le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et les activit\u00e9s de R&amp;D. <\/p>\n<h4>2025<\/h4>\n<p>Nous avons ajout\u00e9 le service de gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (EMS \u2013 Energy Management Service) \u00e0 notre solution WS2 (Wind + Solar + Storage), d\u00e9sormais baptis\u00e9e<strong> EOX WS<sup>2+<\/sup>\u2122<\/strong>, o\u00f9 le \u00ab + \u00bb repr\u00e9sente l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019EMS.<\/p>\n<p>Cette proposition de valeur enrichie, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e initialement en Belgique, permet \u00e0 nos clients de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la grande compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9olien (pr\u00e9sent surtout en hiver) et du solaire (pr\u00e9sent surtout en \u00e9t\u00e9), tout en augmentant consid\u00e9rablement sa valeur gr\u00e2ce au stockage et \u00e0 la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e par l\u2019EMS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EOX WS<sup>2+<\/sup>\u2122<\/strong> permet <strong>i)<\/strong> de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne et solaire export\u00e9e vers le r\u00e9seau lorsque les prix sont bas ou n\u00e9gatifs, <strong>ii)<\/strong> d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les pointes de consommation,, <strong>iii)<\/strong> de profiter de la tarification dynamique, et <strong>iv)<\/strong> d\u2019assurer une alimentation de secours.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_4&Prime;
