In the spring of 2020, XANT Renewables BV \u2013 designer and manufacturer of distributed wind solutions for microgrid and off-grid\/remote markets \u2013 joined forces with Eocycle Technologies Inc., designer and manufacturers of certified high-performance distributed wind turbines.<\/p>\n

Now that the corporate merger is complete, XANT\u2013 based out of Belgium \u2013 will be officially changing the company name to Eocycle Europe BV.<\/strong> It joins Eocycle Technologies Inc. in Canada, Eocycle America Corporation in the United-States and Eocycle UK Ltd. to serve customers on both sides of the Atlantic and beyond.<\/p>\n

Following Eocycle\u2019s recent acquisitions in the distributed wind markets, the merger firmly positions them as a strong global Distributed Energy Resources (DER) company offering seamless, end-to-end distributed wind solutions and services \u2013 from project development to turnkey construction and long-term asset operation.<\/p>\n

Both XANT\u2019s and Eocycle\u2019s products are uniquely complementary thanks to similar wind turbine designs that focus on reliability without compromising performance.<\/p>\n
